As a Floor Coverings International In-Home Sales Rep/Design Associate, you will go out on both company and self-generated leads to meet with homeowners and assess their flooring needs and wants. What you need to succeed as an expert in the field: 3 years' experience as a sales specialist for In-Home/Outside sales Knowledge of home improvements - flooring experience Proven experience building and managing a $1M book of business A 'hunter' with a competitive nature with a drive to succeed Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets Comfortable with technology Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Self-Motivated - ability to work both independently and collaboratively - will NOT be micromanaged!
