Sponsorship.Position Summary:As a member of the sales learning &
development team this positions primary focus is on assessment and
development of capability building and talent development
strategies that support the entire sales organization. This
position partners with HR Teams, Sales Leaders, and Functional
L&OD to support individual, team, functional performance,
capability, and career development across the function. This hybrid
role is based in our Corporate HQ Office in Arlington, VA.Primary
Responsibilities:Capabilities: Build & Maintain Sales Capability
Assessment & Development ProgramsStrategically partner with
functional leaders and teams to evaluate capabilities required to
achieve NUSA business targets and develop solutions based on
gapsModernize the experience of development at Nestle creating a
culture where all employees learn, risk, share and grow.Assess and
evaluate individual and organizational development needs for the
Sales FunctionExecute learning strategies and programs to build
individual capability and performanceDevelop, curate & and promote
access and deployment of development resourcesEnsures onboarding
and achievement of foundational knowledge & skillsGains alignment
from leadership to allocate resources and budget towards relevant
programsMonitor external market best practices relating to adult
learning, sales capabilities, technology advancements, etc.Continue
to evolve and develop The Nestle Sales AcademyMeet with key
stakeholders regularly to ensure specific pillar supportTalent
Management & Career DevelopmentSupport development and
understanding of Career Development framework at NestleDevelop and
deploy programs and resources to accelerate career
developmentSupport HRBPs in Strategic Workforce PlanningSupport
leaders with development resourcesStrategic Impact:Significant
driver of sales individual and team capability and

changeRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Learning &
Development, Organizational Development, HR, Marketing or a related
field preferred OR equivalent years of relevant experience.3-5
years of L&D, sales, or relevant experience (7+ years of
relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree)Position requires
up to 25% travelExperience developing and delivering sales
development capability building programs (or relevant transferable
sales/category functional expertise)Omni-channel experience is
preferredSkills:Strong organizational and/or project management
skills. Able to lead and manage the development of Capability
Building strategy and project manage the deployment and delivery
(Plan, organize, budget, communicate, execute, and
measure).Expertise in Instructional Design & Delivery: Current
knowledge of effective learning and development methods, platforms,
and approaches (or transferable sales experience and subject meter
expertise)Expertise in conducting a needs assessment and deploying
the right solution to close gapsSolid understanding and ability to
apply Organization Development Principles / PhilosophiesStrong
interpersonal skills (i.e., listening, counseling and coaching,
negotiation skills)Effective verbal and written communications
skills, with an ability to impact skill acquisition, capability
building, coaching, and motivationAbility to build rapport with
employees and vendorsAbility to adapt, customize, and deploy
content and solutions curated from vendor partners and other
internal L&D groups (i.e. Corporate L&OD and Functional
L&OD, etc.)Ability to work well on cross functional project
teams while executing a large-scale project from vision through
