Job Description BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division is
seeking an Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in
Quantico, VA in support of a Maritime effort for (MAGIC) Marine
Corps Intelligence Activity Analysis, Geospatial Imagery, and
Counterintelligence Support Services program.What is it like

candidate will provide direct support to MCIA to provide
situational awareness and intelligence production and analysis for
numerous AORs.Candidate will conduct all-source analytic production
on sources and products of information available from public,
private, and US and foreign government open-source materials within
established security protocols. Analyze foreign and domestic-based
publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and
relationships that provide unique insights to address defense
intelligence requirements.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
At least 8 years of relevant experience with a portion of that
experience being within the last 2 years.Must be able to
demonstrate the ability to, in the areas as stated below:
- In-depth mission knowledge and skills related to All-Source
Analysis.
- A mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic
methodologies.
- Work independently with minimal oversight.
- In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge
management issues across organizational and IC boundaries and
clearly articulate findings.Candidates will be expected to:
- Employ managed attribution (MA) software and associated online
tradecraft while executing OSINT collection activities; demonstrate
an understanding of the limitations of MA tools.
- Develop innovative ways to combine data from different tools to
provide analytical results that are of greater value and relevance
to Operational Forces.
- Train and mentor Marines in OSINT tradecraft and best
practices, including the ability to administer MCIA's Expeditionary
OSINT Course.
- Identify, develop, and formalize new OSINT tradecraft and other
SOPs to meet mission requirement.
- Candidates will have completed a joint-accredited OSINT course.
Joint-accredited OSINT courses include but are not limited to:
EOSINT (USMC), OS301 and OS302 (Army), ONI OSINT Fundamentals
Course (Navy), Introduction to OSINT (USAF), DIA BOTC (DIA), NGA
OSINT Course (NGA), NERD (SOCOM). Commercial alternatives to a
joint-accredited OSINT course include but are not limited to: CASO
(Black Horse Solutions), and SEC 497 and SEC 587 (SANS
Institute).Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Customer is requesting a seasoned Intelligence Analyst
preferably with multi-INT expertise, excellent research, writing,
and briefing skills to customer senior leadership, as they pertain
to an intelligence environment supporting critical operations.
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the field of work. Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $61820 - $105050Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
