Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Azure IoT. Experience in Multi Channel domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The Test Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for software solutions ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough testing of Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Azure IoT solutions.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of testing strategies and plans.
• Drive the adoption of new testing technologies and tools.Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Microsoft Azure IoT.
• Experience in Multi Channel domain is a plus.

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Familiarity with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Business Intelligence (BI): Experience with BI tools and techniques.
• Process Modeling and Workflow Analysis: Skills in creating process models and analyzing workflows to improve business processes.
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Ability to gather, document, and manage technical requirements for projects.
• Software Testing: Knowledge of software testing principles and techniques including test case development and user acceptance testing.
• Programming Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java (nice to have).Certifications Required
