Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting extrusion and printing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $24.25 Shift: Night Shift, 7:00pm-7:00am, rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off). Work approximately 15 days a month with a three-day weekend every other weekend. What's the Job? Operate and monitor extrusion and printing machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Set up, start, and calibrate equipment including extruders, pressure tanks, and printing systems. Adjust machinery to maintain quality standards and production targets. Perform quality checks and document process information accurately. Assist with first and last piece inspections and provide training to team members as needed. What's Needed? 2 to 3 years of manufacturing or production experience, particularly with printing equipment. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills with effective verbal and written communication. High mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers. Flexibility to rotate shifts and work overtime as required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely. What's in it for me? Competitive hourly wage with night shift differential.
