Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver with 3 years of proven driving experience and a clean safety record (no accidents). The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, time management, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction while ensuring freight is delivered safely and on schedule. Responsibilities: Transport freight efficiently and safely to multiple destinations nationwide Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and trip records Communicate regularly with dispatch and update delivery status Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with clients or vendors Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience (OTR preferred) No accidents or major violations within the past 3 years Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to lift and move freight when required Excellent time management and communication skills Willingness to travel for extended periods as part of cross-country deliveries Requirements: For CDL Drivers: Valid Class A or B CDL license Current DOT medical card Knowledge of ELD systems and DOT compliance standards Experience operating commercial trucks (up to 26,000 lbs GVWR) For Non-CDL Drivers (Box Truck): Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean MVR Experience operating box trucks up to 26’ Basic understanding of logbooks and load securement Ability to pass a DOT physical and background check Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience and mileage Per diem for overnight travel Performance and safety bonuses Paid time off and flexible scheduling options
