Naval Enterprise Transformation Management and Program Analyst
The Opportunity: As an expert in defense missions, your unique

nation safe. As a defense mission analyst, you’ll bring your
leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, acquisition, and Naval
expertise to work alongside thought leaders in the Navy’s manpower,
ERP, logistics, and business systems programs for enterprise
transformation. You’ll use your skills and expertise as you
research, develop, analyze, assess, recommend, and execute
requirements to support enterprise transformation. Work with us to
help prepare and deliver executive briefings to Flag Officers,
executing agile delivery of program requirements, and supporting
technology transitions in alignment with new acquisition pathways
for system modernization, readiness, and transformation. You served

experience in engineering, science, or information technology
management, operations research analysis, or finan cia l or cost
analysis 3 years of experience with U.S. Navy programs or
operations Experience implementing Department of Navy (DoN)
initiatives focused on modernization, readiness, and enterprise
transformation Experience preparing and delivering executive
briefings to Flag Officers and executive stakeholders for milestone
decisions, program requirements execution, performance met rics,
and technology transitions Experience with program and engineering
management, Agile delivery, emerging technology transition in
accordance with DoN priorities, technical standards, and new
acquisition pathways Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in a
Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, CS,
Information Systems, or Mathematics field Clearance: Applicants
selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need
to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will
