Your Journey Assist the Server’s team’s needs; s tock, clean, and handle the flow of your section Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times Set and reset tables before, during, and after service periods with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins as necessary Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management Perform walk through of the pool area monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccable and inviting environment Pre-bussing and bussing of tables during service period; assisting servers with service steps where necessary Cleaning all spills, and broken glassware/dishes immediately , using floor signs when necessary Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintain equipment in good working order while following all procedures and adhering to all cleaning and safety standards Refill water glasses, coffee cups, and other beverages as needed throughout the meal service. The pay scale for the Server Attendant - Pool position is $12 per hour. This pay scale reflects the base hourly wage and does not include incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, or similar forms of compensation that Montage may reasonably expect to pay for the position.
