Physical Therapist Location: Bowie, MD Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,973 to $2,173 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Outpatient experience required, including evaluations and treatment of musculoskeletal and functional deficits. Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and documenting evaluations, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines. Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward discharge within an established length of stay. Experience supervising or delegating discipline-specific therapy services and participating in student clinical education preferred. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education. This is required. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Assignment Duration: 13 week assignment. Positions Available: 1 position. Candidates must be prepared to follow clinic policies for safety, documentation, and patient handling.
