As a Surgery Vascular Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering expert care through clinic and hospital rounds, managing consults, and performing specialized procedures such as bypass amputations. Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Vascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional clinical support within a dynamic hospital and outpatient setting. This ongoing position is ideal for professionals passionate about vascular health, eager to apply their expertise in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to advancing patient care standards. You will work primarily on Wednesdays, covering approximately 15 patients, including consults and procedures, in a facility equipped with EPIC electronic medical records and a 150-bed hospital. Required Skills Board Certification (BC or BE) in Vascular Surgery State licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) DEA certification Minimum of 1 year of vascular experience (surgical experience preferred but not mandatory) Strong clinical skills in vascular patient management and procedures Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Nice to Have Skills Prior experience with bypass amputations or similar vascular procedures Advanced certifications related to vascular health Experience working in hospital and clinic settings with a diverse patient population Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant studies from an accredited institution At least 1 year of vascular surgery-related clinical experience Other Requirements Availability to work every other Wednesday (07:00 - 17:00) Ability to successfully complete credentialing within a 90-day timeframe Must be willing to travel if required for training or additional coverage This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to meaningful vascular health initiatives and advance your career.
