practitioner providers, psychologists, and social workers depending
on specific clinic location A full-service, 25-bed critical access
hospital. Nestled at the base of the cascade mountains, it serves
Lebanon, Sweet Home, Brownsville, and smaller neighboring
communities Great work-life balance with flexible schedule Expected
volume of 18 patients/day 4.5 days per week is full-time EPIC EMR

Job Requirements: Board certified/Board eligible in Family Medicine
or Internal Medicine Should possess excellent clinical skills,
