Job Description Play & Thrive Speech Therapy is a small, clinician-owned pediatric practice providing strengths-based, play-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. We are hiring our first Occupational Therapist to help build OT services within our growing practice. This role is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with neurodivergent children and is interested in helping shape OT services within an established speech therapy team. You’ll collaborate closely with SLPs in a supportive, clinician-led environment where sustainability and thoughtful scheduling are prioritized.
