Job Description:
MedStar Georgetown University Hospital is seeking a dedicated
Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our expert team of
healthcare professionals specializing in adult care. As part of

patient mobility and reduce discomfort. This position offers a
dynamic work environment where compassionate care meets top tier
medical service. Evaluate and analyze patient needs and develop
appropriate physical treatment plans. Implement treatment plans
using exercises, stretching maneuvers, and other physical therapy
techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as
necessary. Educate patients and their families on aftercare and
preventive measures. Maintain patient records and comply with
healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to provide holistic care. Participate in professional
development and research to stay abreast of new techniques in
physical therapy. Expertise in developing and executing treatment
plans for pain management and mobility increase. Strong analytical
skills to diagnose correctly and propose appropriate treatments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in
using physical therapy equipment and tools. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state
Physical Therapy license. CPR certified. Membership in the American
Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.
