We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team, ensuring compassionate, efficient, and effective patient care. The Nurse Supervisor will play a crucial role in staff management, coordination of healthcare services, and compliance with hospital policies and standards. This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare excellence. Oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures. Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring integrated care delivery. Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts. Conduct performance evaluations, and provide leadership and training to nursing staff. Implement and monitor healthcare protocols and standards to enhance patient outcomes. Participate in budgeting and clinical resource management. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficient in healthcare management systems and patient care software Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferably certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
