Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Lebanon,
Pennsylvania, 17042! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid
Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN
License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, NRP
Must-Have: Epic experience required Ability to care for low-risk
patients Travel experience required Description: Schedule
requirements include 3 shifts of 12 hours each. Call is required.
Every other weekend (EOW) coverage is expected. Candidates will be
reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If approved,
candidates will be sent to the manager for a final decision.
Interviews will be conducted by the manager. Candidates should be
able to care for COVID patients. The facility is tobacco and
fragrance-free. Maximum request for time off is 7 days. Floating to
other areas may be required as needed. Holidays may require staff
coverage as needed. Preferred qualifications include previous
charge experience. Patient ratio experience of 4 is required.
Charting system experience with Epic is mandatory. Experience in
community hospitals is preferred. Candidates must be able to assist
with various procedures such as labor and delivery and postpartum
care. Skills required include maintaining central lines, starting
and managing IVs, and administering medications. Familiarity with
fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation is essential.
Additional responsibilities may include postpartum education and
infant care. Knowledge of handling obstetric emergencies and
complications is necessary. Candidates should possess effective
communication and teamwork skills. This position may involve
exposure to infectious diseases and various maternal and neonatal
conditions. Adherence to safety and health protocols is required. 5
