Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Maintain and operate imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment. Monitor patient conditions during procedures and respond to emergencies. Utilize data to track performance metrics and achieve targets. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans. Document and report patient information accurately and timely. Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals. Evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency. Assist in training new staff and sharing best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in radiology. Experience/Qualifications Proven experience in interventional radiology procedures and techniques. Ability to monitor and respond to patient conditions effectively.
