Position: RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery (Travel/Contract) We're
hiring experienced RN-L&D-Labor and Delivery for a 13-week
contract in Baltimore, Maryland — earn up to ($2020 - $2126 per
week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most
candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience

winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to
labor and delivery patients. Monitor and assess patients'
conditions during labor and delivery. Collaborate with healthcare
team to develop and implement care plans. Participate in continuous
professional development and training programs. Educate patients
and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care. Maintain
accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Assist in the evaluation of patient outcomes and quality of care.
Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Support and mentor junior nursing staff as needed. Utilize
technology and tools to enhance patient care and workflow.
Experience/Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in
Maryland or compact state. Experience in labor and delivery
nursing, preferably 2 years. Commitment to continuous professional
development and training. Effective communication skills with
patients and families. Strong assessment skills to monitor labor
and delivery patients effectively. Ability to collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Knowledge of safety and
infection control protocols. Strong documentation skills for
accurate patient care records. Experience in utilizing technology
to enhance patient care. Ability to mentor and support junior
