Job Description:
Ivy Rehab is thrilled to announce an opening for a Pediatric ABA
Clinic Director & Partner at our specialized clinic focusing on
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This vital role will
oversee the operation of our pediatric ABA therapy clinic, ensuring
optimal patient care and adherence to the highest standards of
evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a Director, you will
also have an opportunity to partner in the growth and strategic
direction of the clinic, significantly influencing the development
and implementation of innovative therapies and practices tailored
for children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental
conditions. This role requires a visionary leader with a robust
background in pediatric behavioral psychology and management, who
is passionate about advancing therapeutic practices and outcomes.
Direct and manage clinic operations to ensure effective patient
care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Implement and
oversee ABA therapy programs, continuously assessing their efficacy
and making data-driven adjustments. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists and
speech-language pathologists to integrate and enhance patient care.
Develop and train a team of ABA therapists and support staff,
promoting continuing education and professional development. Engage
with families and caregivers to tailor interventions and ensure a
patient-centered approach. Monitor and manage the clinic's
financial performance, including budgeting and financial
forecasting. Participate in research initiatives and maintain
up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Strong
leadership and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of ABA
therapy and pediatric psychology Ability to develop and implement
strategic business and clinical plans Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in data analysis and performance
metrics Expertise in regulatory compliance and healthcare
