Therapist As a Mental Health Therapist within our organization, you
will deliver empathetic and licensed therapeutic services through

will have the autonomy to manage your practice, including flexible
scheduling and session formats, all while benefiting from

network of referrals. Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate
therapy services in both in-person and telehealth formats. Utilize
AI-powered tools to enhance client engagement and reduce
administrative workload. Manage your own practice with the
flexibility to set your hours and session types. Onboard existing
clients while receiving new referrals through our dedicated support
system. Qualifications A master's degree or higher in counseling,
psychology, social work, or a related discipline. Full licensure
from the State Board to practice therapy independently (e.g., LPC,
LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP). Working Conditions
This role allows for a blend of in-person and telehealth sessions.
Please note that while we do not provide office space, we can
assist in connecting you with other therapists seeking shared
locations. Compensation The hourly pay ranges from $90 to $114,
depending on your license type, session location, and the nature of
