Private Group seeking Dermatologist in Lancaster, PA! Excellent comp and physician owned group! CONTACT: Raymond Stiles About Group: Private Group that specializes in full scope Dermatology General and surgical dermatology, Cosmetic Procedures, Mohs, and Dermopathology Group has 3 Dermatologists, 1 Mohs Surgeon, 1 Dermopathologist, and 9 APP's 6 Total Locations. 5 Clinical Derm Offices and 1 for Cosmetics Group has been Physician owned since 1980. Not Private Equity! Located in Beautiful and Historic Lancaster, PA! About the Role: Location: Lancaster, PA General Medical Dermatology Anticipating physician retirements and looking to replace them. Opportunity for surgical procedures available Group has a dedicated Mohs Surgeon, Cosmetics Team, and Dermopathologist Schedule: Four Day Week! 8am - 4:30pm ZERO Weekends Evenings, or Hospital Call Every Provider gets two dedicated APP's and MA's Fully dedicated Admin and Billing Dept in place. Very minimal admin duties! EMR: NexTech Patient Volume: 6 Patients per hour 2-3 year partnership track. Physician Owned - Not Private Equity! Benefits: Physicians earn 40-42% of generated Collections. Typically equates to $630,000 in year 1. Guaranteed income minimum of $350,000 Relocation reimbursed - $10,000 Yearly CME Allowance $2,500 4 weeks of PTO Paid Medical Insurance, Paid all medical licenses, Paid malpractice Retirement plan with 3% Match 2-3 year partnership track.
