Job Description:
Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon - Baltimore, MD Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon We are seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join
a nationally recognized orthopedic team in Baltimore, Maryland.
This position offers the opportunity to manage a wide range of
complex orthopedic trauma cases-including fractures, dislocations,
and soft tissue injuries-within a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal
candidate will be a collaborative team player, experienced in
managing multi-trauma patients, and committed to excellence in both
patient care and surgical education. Position Highlights:•Practice
in a Level II Trauma Center with exposure to diverse and complex
trauma cases.•Perform both acute and elective surgeries in a
high-volume environment.•Academic involvement with orthopedic
residents, including didactic and clinical teaching
opportunities.•Access to dedicated research infrastructure with
opportunities for publications, clinical studies, and grant
writing.•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across
specialties including sports, total joint, spine, hand, and
pediatrics.•Competitive salary ($450K-$500K) plus wRVU and
quality-based incentives.•Full benefits package, including health,

allowance, and free parking.•Four required call days per month,
with opportunities for additional coverage. Qualifications:•MD or
DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic
Surgery.•Completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship.•Eligible
for an unrestricted Maryland medical license.•Current DEA
license.•Strong communication and teamwork skills.•Commitment to
education, research, and clinical excellence. Location:Located in
Baltimore, MD, this position offers a vibrant mix of urban culture,
