Flexible scheduling, strong resident support, Epic EMR, and a wide range of OB/GYN procedures make this an excellent long-term locum opportunity in central Pennsylvania. OB/GYN Locum Tenens WellSpan Health (Lebanon, PA) Facility: OB/GYN Lebanon, PA (WellSpan Health) Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology Start Date: December 1, 2025 Duration: 12 months of coverage (through November 30, 2026) Schedule: 3-8 days per month- Flexible scheduling available Practice Setting Type: Inpatient primary call coverage for Labor & Delivery - You would be responsible for triage pts, ER consults, Inpt consults, circumcisions, vaginal deliveries, c-sections, D&E's, any urgent/emergent surgical procedures, rounding, and discharges. Shift Details: 24-hour call, 7:30am 7:30am Patients: Phone consults: 5 7 per shift Patients seen: 5 8 per shift Admissions: 4 6 per shift Deliveries per Year: 695 Department Beds: 15 Support: Residents on site; teaching/supervision required Procedures & Skills Required: High-risk pregnancy management FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) OB ultrasounds (Level I & II) Amniocentesis Routine & complicated deliveries (vaginal, low forceps, breech, multiple births, C-section) Complicated delivery decision-making Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Office/minor gynecology (IUDs, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.) Surgical gynecology (open and laparoscopic) Preferred/Additional: Operative/major gynecologic procedures (ectopic, oophorectomy, cystectomy, extensive LOA s) Requirements Board Certification: Required in OB/GYN Fellowship: Required Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS- IPL will help with certifications if needed. Licensure: Active PA license or IMLC eligible- IPL will help with IMLC Licensure!
