qualified Oncology RN in Washington, Washington DC, 20007! Pay
Information $2,060 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Bone Marrow
Transplant (BMT) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift:
12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in BMT, Hematology, or Medical
Oncology; strong Medical-Surgical experience considered License:
Pending license accepted, but must have license prior to start date
Certifications: BCLS, ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred
Must-Have: Experience in administering chemotherapy Experience in
telemetry IV start capability Description: The expected
nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-5. The position involves working with
BMT and Oncology patients. Nurses are required to float within
units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed. Weekend shifts will
occur roughly every other weekend based on unit needs. This
facility requires all employees to have a current flu vaccine with
no exemptions allowed. The initial schedule will be based on unit
needs, with future preferences considered. Scrubs are not provided;
any color without hospital logos is acceptable. Charting is
conducted using a designated electronic health record system. Two
supervisor references are required for consideration. Additional
training modules may be required before start. These modules are
