The COS works within the Department of Clinical Excellence to facilitate evidence-based practice implementation, positively influencing nursing care delivery. Using a data-driven approach, the COS leads sustainable change to elevate nursing professional practice and ensure seamless, quality patient care across the continuum. The COS applies influence across the three spheres of patient/family, staff, and system to transform healthcare delivery.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required; MSN with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification preferred, or eligibility to sit for CNS exam
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License required
