You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.Your key responsibilities include:
• Achieving sales targets
• Managing and motivating a sales team
• Working within the annual business plan and achieving budgets
• Implementing an annual sales and marketing plan
• Creating business opportunities with the local corporate market
• Providing an exceptional product to our membersYou must:
• Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
• Have extensive club management experience (essential)
• Be results-driven
• Have experience managing staff and budgets
• Have a passion for health and fitness
