Learn more at .Job SummaryJob Summary: The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Management leadership team on daily operational needs of the facility and program management. They will serve as the primary liaison between the sector and the client, providing the highest possible level of service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and activities of the Call Center, and Facilities Coordinator.
• Utilize expertise to advise/support the Director in maintenance-driven initiatives.
• Identify "hot spots" and program issues. Assist in developing corrective action plans for quality and service issues.
• Review and submit purchasing requests for management and trades staff.
• Prepare data on all budget-related matters, coordinate with the Director on funds status and budget execution.
• Support the director on human resources policies to address staff concerns.
• Assess and advise on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance.
• Oversee activities related to personnel pay, vacation requests, manpower requirements, and training.
• Provide oversight of facilities management activities during the absence of assistant directors.
• Organize and provide training for staff, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure effective communication between hospital and department leadership to foster rapport, trust, and collaboration.
