Group is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager II to
lead high visibility, cross functional initiatives that drive
operational excellence and enterprise transformation. This role is
ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments
and excels at guiding teams through full lifecycle project
delivery. Responsibilities : •Lead the planning, execution, and
delivery of complex technical and business projects, ensuring
alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget
requirements. •Manage enterprise system integration efforts,
ensuring seamless coordination across platforms and business units.
•Define and control project scope, risks, and dependencies through
structured governance and proactive communication. •Coordinate
internal teams, external vendors, and consulting partners to ensure
accountability and high quality deliverables. •Champion continuous
improvement by standardizing project management processes, tools,
and performance metrics. •Oversee the full lifecycle of the Revenue
Collection Relocation Program, including concept development, site
selection, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and
operational transition. •Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling,
procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure compliance with
engineering, safety, and financial standards. •Lead the rollout of
a new travel management solution, including procurement activities
and integration with SAP Concur Travel & Expense. •Support
deployment of individual travel cards and collaborate with
financial partners to integrate card feeds with SAP Concur. •Plan
and implement a consolidated credit card program (P Card and Travel
Card). •Partner with IT to implement a travel management support
model, including ServiceNow ticketing, test case development, UAT,
change management, and training. Qualifications/Background Profile
: •Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant project management
experience. •Proven success managing enterprise level, cross
functional technical projects. •Strong communication, stakeholder
management, and risk mitigation skills. •Experience with SAP
Concur, ServiceNow, and large scale system integrations preferred.
