Design EngineerOur growing organization seeks an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Design Engineer who is knowledgeable in Storm water ManagementOur ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years' experience using AutoCAD Civil 3DKey Responsibilities: Aides with Storm water and Sediment Control design for the Custom Homes and Engineering DepartmentLeadership: Able to work effectively and collaborate between departments as a team playerTechnical Expertise: Work involves analytical ability to select and recommend design procedures, analyze design requirements, and provide design solutionsCollaboration: Meeting with clients to review agencies to ensure plans, documents and deadlines are completed and met in a timely mannerQuality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality by ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standardsRequirements:--- Knowledge of Water Resources--- Montgomery and PG County experience is preferred --- Background in Civil Engineering--- Accurate and strong attention to detail--- Knowledge of basic line drawings, architectural drawings, and landscaping plans--- Project organizational and time management skills--- Proficient in MS Office--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
