This contract position involves working with 7th and 8th graders in
an emotional support classroom setting within a K-12 school. The
role offers consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to make a
meaningful impact on a caseload of 13 students. Qualifications and
Experience: - Pennsylvania required certification in Special
Education - Experience working with middle school students (grades
7-8) - Ability to manage and support an emotional support classroom
environment - Strong communication skills for collaborating with
students, parents, and staff Job Details: - Location: Columbia, PA
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:10 PM - Student
caseload: 13 middle schoolers requiring emotional support - Job
duration: Contract for the school year (CSY) Responsibilities: -
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
tailored to students unique needs - Deliver specialized instruction
and support to students requiring emotional support services -
Monitor and document student progress regularly - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and
