Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school in Lancaster, SC, for the current school year contract starting January 19, 2026, through June 3, 2026. The role is onsite only, with no traveling required during the workday, providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with another experienced speech pathologist on campus. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to elementary school students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed Qualifications: Active ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or Certified Fellow (CF) Valid South Carolina Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (LLR License) South Carolina Department of Education Certification preferred or currently held Experience working in school settings, especially at the elementary level, is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and school personnel Location: Elementary school in Lancaster, South Carolina One campus with no intra-day travel required Benefits include working alongside another speech pathologist, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance professional growth and student support.
