Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Construction Manager / Resident Engineer _ Pump Stations Experience to join our team! You will oversee Construction Projects that may include: Managing construction project and inter-phasing with Contractors, Inspectors and also perform project planning, scheduling, construction Progress meetings and overall construction project management. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs / change orders Manage submittals, RFIs, Change order requests and review pay applications Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction management specially as it pertains to water/wastewater Pump stations Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented
