Increasing volume, innovative business plans, fun and unique culture, and other amazing benefits Requirements: Experience with lift kit installation or willingness to learn Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot vehicles of various make and model Basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels and rotating tires Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills to communicate with Service Director, service department staff and customers as needed Ability to work independently without much supervision and handle high volume jobs quickly and efficiently Perform all repairs and multi-point inspections to meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards Ensure top quality service for every customer Maintain work space and keep all personal and company-provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition Meet or exceed productivity goals and objectives High school diploma or GED Must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license with less than 2 moving violations ASE certification is a plus, but not required Own tools
