Job Description:
This position acts as the primary back-up to one or more
Treasury Management Officers (TMO) and is responsible for assisting
in the selling and onboarding of treasury management solutions.
Additionally, the role will be called upon to provide direct client
and internal sales support to the TMO around client planning, call
preparation and responses to RFPs and revenue-generating
opportunities. The position will also be responsible for assisting
in the control of workflow around various products and services
managed and supported through the treasury management line of
business. This position requires flexibility in terms of day-to-day
responsibilities given the dynamic nature of the role. Position
Accountabilities Builds strong relationships and partnerships with
the TMO as a vehicle for understanding individual market needs as
well as specific portfolio nuances that may facilitate client
development and revenue growth. Supports TMO by participating in
the client planning process, RFP responses and provides specific
client/prospect relationship data that may aid in the
calling/business generation process. Joint accountability by
inspecting Horizon portfolio assignment reporting for specific
cross sell and revenue growth opportunities. Understands and
influences internal process improvements required to streamline the
client experience and time-to revenue through direct involvement in
the treasury service onboarding process. Manages and oversees the
collection of client documentation. Accurately completes
documentation packages as part of the client delivery/on-boarding
process. Act as a liaison between treasury sales and bank
operations on the customization and implementation of Treasury
Services client relationships. Acts as a back-up point of contact
for internal partners when TMO are unavailable. Takes ownership and
contacts appropriate internal resources and /or proactively takes
action to resolve issues and communicates resolution appropriately.
Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of treasury management
products and services as part of ongoing personal development as
well as potential involvement in client-facing discussions. Work
collaboratively with TMO on client training. Has working knowledge
of systems that support the treasury services business and is
conversant in their usage. Collaborate with peer line of business
managers on projects and initiatives as needed. Organizational

Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent work experience Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in
Treasury Services sales, support or product management Knowledge &
Skills In depth knowledge of Treasury Services / Cash Management
products Excellent interpersonal skills Solid time management
skills Effective organizational skills – ability to manage multiple
projects Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Outlook,
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proven analytical and problem solving
skills Desire to learn and continually adapt to change Salary
offered will be based on several factors including but not limited
to education, work experience, certifications, etc. Th is position
is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive
compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit

salary range between $59,000 to $80,000.
