Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager at Fidelity Investments, you will leverage your financial expertise to guide and grow a portfolio of high-value client accounts. Your role will focus on fostering long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and providing tailor-made financial solutions through a comprehensive suite of services offered by Fidelity. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction while optimizing their investment outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs and offering relevant solutions. Regularly review client accounts to identify opportunities for additional services and investments. Provide strategic advice across financial products including retirement planning and brokerage services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are processed accurately and timely. Educate clients on market developments and potential impacts on their portfolios. Strong interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of financial products and services Ability to analyze financial data and prepare strategic advice Customer service orientation Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - preferred FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
