DE Our client, a dynamic and growing mid-sized CPA firm in
Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking a Tax Manager to join their
collaborative and client-focused team. If you are passionate about

In this role, youll work closely with clients and firm leadership,
offering tax expertise, strategic insights, and contributing to the
continued growth of the firm. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and
review individual, partnership, and corporate federal and
multi-state tax returns Consult with clients and senior staff on
tax planning, compliance, and strategy Support the preparation of
tax provisions, filings, and related projects Stay current on tax
laws and apply evolving regulations to client work Continuously
develop technical tax knowledge through learning opportunities
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
field (required) CPA license (preferred) 6 years of tax experience
in a public accounting firm Experience in tax preparation and
review across multiple entity types Strong communication,
organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency with tax
software, Microsoft Office; QuickBooks is a plus Able to manage
multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in
a team Compensation & Benefits: $110,000-120,000 annually Medical,
