Cherokee Federal, part of Cherokee Nation Businesses, is seeking a dedicated Research Analyst II to join our team. This role is vital in supporting governmental projects through critical research, analytics, and strategic planning services. In this position, you will collaboratively engage with our interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive analyses and insights that drive decision-making and inform policy at the highest levels of government. This role combines both qualitative and quantitative research methods to develop a holistic understanding of complex issues facing our clients worldwide. Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative research to support governmental projects. Analyze data sets and compile detailed reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary data and insights. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in governmental research. Support strategic initiatives through the delivery of actionable recommendations based on research findings. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Preferred: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
